“Meeting Room Manager has many aspects that we find very useful. One of them is that you can describe your conference rooms as well as download their photo. The detailed reports are especially useful to me as an administrator. The front reception desk prints off a copy of the days bookings in calendar format for a quick off-line reference. The report summaries can be filed for future reference without taking up nearly as much space as the manual process does. Meeting confirmations are a snap. No longer do I have to email or phone back and forth with someone for room availability or to confirm that a conference room is scheduled for them. They can now schedule their own conferences and select all the audio visual products they will need. Each department is now scheduling their own conference rooms with great ease. Checking to see which rooms are available and can be done with a simple click of the mouse. Meeting Room Manager is located on our LAN line so users can even access the Meeting Room Manager from outside the office. This is a great feature!”
