NetSimplicity stands behind its On Demand services with a world-class data center and binding commitment to ensure those services are available when needed.
NetSimplicity’s Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) guarantees its On Demand customers with uninterrupted access to their service 99.9% of the time. In the event that the monthly uptime of their service is less than 99.9%, affected customers will be eligible for a service credit against their prorated service subscription fee.
