We have over 60 conference and meeting rooms in 4 different offices in the city; can Meeting Room Manager provide a single scheduling system for a larger organization like ours?

In two of the offices, we want our administrative personnel to control the scheduling, and have the remaining personnel only view the schedules. In the other two offices, we’d like everyone to be able to book their own rooms and equipment. Can Meeting Room Manager accommodate this unique situation?

Meeting Room Manager 7 has security capabilities which allow you to create different user access based on your internal security needs. This means you have full control of who has access to the schedules or what type of access they have.

When we book our meetings, we typically find our attendees in Microsoft® Outlook®, does Meeting Room Manager integrate with Outlook so I can find a room within Outlook?

Meeting Room Manager 7's Enterprise edition has Outlook Scheduling, which enables your users to find their meeting attendees and search for and book an available Meeting Room Manager-based room – all from their Outlook interface. And when you change your meeting from Outlook, the change will be updated in Meeting Room Manager.

We need to track our conference and meeting room usage, what kind of reporting does Meeting Room Manager have.

Meeting Room Manager 7 comes with built-in reports, all viewable in the industry-standard Crystal Reports format. You can also connect your Meeting Room Manager 7 scheduling database to any number of leading reporting tools to design and author your own unique reports.

Does Meeting Room Manager have to be installed on a dedicated IIS server, or can I use an existing IIS server instead? Same for the Microsoft SQL database?

You can use any existing IIS server that is available to all Meeting Room Manager users with a few simple changes in the IIS configuration. You can also use an existing Microsoft SQL Server software for Meeting Room Manager, no need to have dedicated server software.

Our IT group is already overwhelmed in trying to support our organization, do you provide an option where Meeting Room Manager is provided as a service over the Internet?
