Optional Outlook Integration Features
MRM can generate plain-text e-mail invitations and service requests compatible with any e-mail system from the server via SMTP or from the client via MAPI-compliant e-mail client.
Optionally, it can generate Microsoft Outlook® formatted appointments and provide integrated Outlook Scheduling for users with:
- Microsoft Outlook® 2003 or 2007
- .NET Framework® 2.0
Server Requirements (In House Installations Only)
Minimum
- Pentium® III or better processor
- 300 MB of available hard-drive space
- 512 MB of RAM
- Microsoft® Windows 2000 or 2003 Server with Microsoft IIS® 5.0/6.0, MDAC 2.8 or higher, and .NET Framework® 2.0
- Microsoft SQL Server® 2000 or 2005
(Workgroup- or higher-level editions are recommended; however MRM will operate with Desktop and Express editions.
Note: NetSimplicity cannot provide support for SQL Server installation and management.)

- 2 GB of RAM
- 128 MB of additional RAM for every 20 concurrent users
- Dual processors operating at 3 GHz (Intel Xeon)
Optional Report Customization Features
MRM includes a Crystal Reports ® viewer to enable users to generate and view standard reports. Optionally, customers may create new reports and modify existing reports by licensing:
