Each product is a stand alone product, sold separately. You can however use Meeting Room Manager to schedule conference rooms and Mobile Workforce Manager to schedule workspaces. You can visually see the updates in both applications.

This is accessible from any web interface as well as on location via the interactive LCD interface.
