Professional Services

For items not covered in support, NetSimplicity has a Professional Services team that specializes in deployment and implementation, user and administrator training, software and reports customization, and general consultation requirements. NOTE: Items indicated as Professional Services offerings are not included in maintenance and support contracts; additionally they cannot be purchased without a maintenance and support contract.

NetSimplicity Professional Services can be broken into two categories: Prepackaged Services and Ad Hoc Services.

Prepackaged Professional Services

These services have predefined deliverables, timeframes and costs as they are routinely delivered to NetSimplicity customers.

Examples of Prepackaged Services are, but not limited to the following:

Professional Service resources are allocated to each prepackaged service and are consumed within the predefined scope and timeframe of deliverables. If additional time with Professional Service resources is required post-delivery (e.g., phone calls, meetings, reviewing documents, custom development and general consultation), then these resources will be quoted and billed under Ad Hoc Professional Services.

Ad Hoc Professional Services

These services do not have predefined deliverables, timeframes and costs and are delivered in the form of onsite or remote consultation. If a customer has the need for time and resources beyond any Prepackaged Professional Services, then the customer will be quoted and billed for any consultation time or custom development.
