We are pleased to offer a new Customer Support Portal that will enable you to open new tickets and check the status of existing ones 24/7. This online tool makes it easy for you to communicate the details of your current issues as well as track your historical tickets.

This new Customer Support Portal requires a new username and password, which can be requested by contacting support@netsimplicity.com. In order to be granted access to the portal you must:

  • Have a current Maintenance & Support contract.
  • Be a named support contact for your organization.
